Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2014

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • No-shows
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Event access issues due to user error or late arrival

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by Connect Expo:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • We will notify all registered attendees via email

3. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed:

  • Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date
  • No refunds will be given unless the attendee is unable to attend the new date (must notify us in writing)

4. Name Transfer / Substitution

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge. Kindly email officialnccm429@gmail.com at least 3 days before the event.
